Årets siste forelesning fra Masterclass by IFCN holdes den 10/12 2022.

Professor Devon Rubin will present "Unusual EMG Waveforms: Recognition and Significance"
MasterClass Ifcn

The Masterclass by IFCN presentations were created in response to a call from IFCN members societies for more high quality, complimentary, online educational content. The series will provide a new presentation every month from top clinical neurophysiologists around the world, and each will include time for discussion with the lecturer following the presentation.

Providing the best in contemporary clinical neurophysiology education delivered in the most optimal format is the primary educational goal of the IFCN. As such, Masterclass by IFCN will be available complimentary to all registrants.

The Masterclass by IFCN presentation:

Unusual EMG Waveforms: Recognition and Significance,
will take place on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at 8:00AM EST / 2:00 PM CET.

Professor Devon Rubin will present "Unusual EMG Waveforms: Recognition and Significance"

A thorough electrodiagnostic study relies on accurate interpretation of EMG waveforms recorded during needle electromyography.  While common waveforms can readily be recognized and interpreted, some waveforms may be more difficult to identify.  These unusual waveforms may be discharges that occur infrequently or common waveforms with unusual discharge patterns or morphologies.  This masterclass will use multiple vignette and waveform examples, and interactive participation, to discuss identification and interpretation of unusual EMG waveforms.
